Hi guys, I haven't been on this site much as I've got too busy with school etc. So let me get back on topic, I'm feeling uncomfortable down below as if something is missing and I feel I have an invisible penis but it isn't there because I have a vagina. It's really getting bad and irritating, I hate this so much.
Does it seem like dysphoria?

technically dysphoria is "a profound state of unease or dissatisfaction".

Though I'm not a professional in this area, I would include your sense that something is missing/you got the wrong parts under that. It would be something to speak with a counsellor on who has experience in that area.

If you're unhappy about it, I would say yes.

I recently started using a packer and I've found that in times when I don't wear it/don't feel comfortable enough in the situation to wear it, my dysphoria downstairs is super intense. Prior to packing, it was significantly less noticeable and much more of a triggered thing.

i agree with max. you should invest in a packer. they have some relatively cheap on random sites. i remember wearing my packer for several days straight..until my skin got irritated from having it there. this was actually an stp/packer with a bottle nipple thing on it, so it wasn't comfortable.

anyway, i think that a packer will easily resolve what you're feeling :)

Okay thanks guys, how much do packers cost?

I bought my packer for £12, I used a sex shop website instead of a trans one as it was a bit cheaper and is the exact same you'd find on a trans website. I bought my stp from transzwear for £22 i think with a medicine spoon. I highly recommend you do the same as the first time I used it I had no 'accidents' at all and this was my first stp ever. I think what you're feeling is bottom dysphoria as it doesn't need to be an intense feeling of discomfort to count, just a slight feeling like what I have. Btw, I can't believe how much more comfortable packing and using an stp has made me. I thought it would make a slight difference but not much and especially using an stp makes me feel incredible. Also just buy a packer or stp thats 3.5 or 4 inches as that's the size of an average cis guys thing. Hope I helped.

another thing to add to the talk of packers: i don't know your situation, but i have a somewhat satisfying alternative to a packer in case you're unable to buy one at the moment for any reason. an alternative, albeit not the most fun alternative, until you can buy one is sticking rolled up socks down there. not as effective as a packer would be, but it personally helps with my dysphoria a lot. gives you the feeling of at least something down there, you know? obviously everyone is different, but yeah. just an idea until you get one, if you want to try it :)
