Wow, it's been four months since I started HRT already! At first I was rather anxious as changes weren't quite apparent, not physically at least... Though my personality and emotions.. Well, let's just say they changed a lot... Literally everything, how I talk to, look at or gesture, and even how feel when I'm with people and according to situations has changed incredibly...

Physically... Well, honestly, that's where I'm not so sure and I'd like to ask. :)

I've lost weight, quite a bit honestly... And have considerably less arm muscle, my hips are also slightly (maybe a cm, seriously not much more...) I wonder if it should only have been that much in so much time? (Should point out once I started eating more was when I noticed these changes... No more starving myself! I've learnt ... :) )

As for breasts.. And this is what I'm most worried about really... After a month my nipples were very sensitive, even hard at all hours of the day.... It was like that up until the beginning of the 3rd month more or less when the sensitivity has almost entirely gone..  Is this something I should worry about? I mean I asked a friend and she said she saw them larger... (The right one kinda is larger than the left actually x.x) But I really don't see it... And the lack of pain in nipples makes me worry that it may have stopped... Am I right to worry?¿ :/

Oh and finally... Here's a face pic from three months exact before starting HRT....

And this was exactly three months after starting :)

Notice any changes? How am I doing? Sorry if I seem too eager, hehe....

PS: last pic looks horribad in thumbnail... must disproportionate or something, hehe..

Just wanted to say, you're going to be an absolute dead-set eat-your-heart-out-boys knock-out when HRT has had some more time with you. And yes, you're pretty now. :)

Eyie

Completely agree with Sammy, you are gorgeous girl and I totally see the changes! I hope I'm as lucky as you in 2 months lol.

Balerie

Wow!! Four months and you're a stunner! Imagine a year from now. The changes are very visible.

Yes, give it a bit more time, four months is hardly any time at all but you're off to a great start!

omg your photos are gorgeous, before AND after. It's a little hard for me to tell whether there are changes because the makeup/soft focus is so strong in the after photo. HOWEVER, you totally don't need to worry about it. Most natal girls I know would be jealous.

Well very nice Bluebird very, very feminine profile, you have a very beautiful face

Breast and Nipple sensitivity will be around for a long while, in spurts, still get after many, many years... Enjoy

First off, you have feminine features even before hrt! The change is gradual and not awfully fast. For myself, I became passable at the one year mark, at 2-2.5 years I started to be comfortable and confident 99% never to be spotted. For nipples, the ultra sensitivity came and go, but the sensitivity is a great sign, means the breast tissues are devwloping. Mine stop growing at around the 2 year mark, the ultra sensitivity died down with it as well.

Thank you so much, it was so uplifting to read your replies when I woke up this morning :) I'm glad changes are really visible... My theory is that one can't really see changes that well themselves as you kinda see yourself every day.. So honestly I was a bit uncertain and I do feel a lot more positive now, thanks for the feedback! hehe :D . Great to hear that the sensitivity is sporadic as it was rather confusing, you really worry when you see something apparently changing one day and not the next...

Feeling very optimistic :D

You look great and passable already and things will only improve over time. I've been on HRT for just over a year and my face still looks quite manly.

Since I started in August I've had very little tenderness in my nipples/chest/breasts. They were tender for the first month or two and since then I barely notice them. They're growing really slowly and still less than A cup but they've finally reached the point last week where I could feel them CLEARLY while going down steps quickly.

Edit: Except yesterday and today I felt a couple minutes here and there where they got SUPER ITCHY on my nipples for some reason.

WoW!, Bluebird you look absolutely radiant after only 3 months! You have great eyes! Your very pretty now, and as someone else posted, you'll be absolutely drop dead gorgeous a couple of years from now. As for the boob thing, the soreness will subside a lot once you reach around an A cup, but they're still growing don't worry. It takes anywhere from five to seven years for full development. :)

This! I am really jealous >_< I'd hardly leave the house without foundation because my skin bugs me.  Wonderful features, like the others said, you just need time but you are looking wonderful already ^_^
Live a life with no regrets and be the person you know you were meant to be.

I am a weird girl, I like video games and skirts, swords and nail polish, sharks and black lace...not sure if that's normal, definitely sure that I don't care. =P
