Hi Ladies,

Every things seems to be on the subject... and addressed with all ladies who did the ffs surgeon choice.

FFS seems to be two views : one is business even if things are introduce in another way, one is human (then honesty). This last is the way by what we are concerned the most I think.
How did you manage to separate business to human, business to honesty, business to reality and more ?
Surgeons proposes different procedures and, of course, not the same ! but what is the good ? each surgeon have his vision, and of course, is the best, and often, welcome you (us) with consideration. But it is the "decoration" ? the reality ? probably both.
one suggest jaw contouring, one no, one a rhinoplasty, one no... but I think that you know.
Then, finally, who did you choose and why ? (if you prefer stay discreet, I would be happy to receive your answer in private message and answer will stay here, private)
And how had you managed your choice ?
So, after, your choice, did you ask to do something more or something less ?
For me, currently, that seems to be a poker game to choose ! And unfortunately, I cannot visualize what each surgeon see.

All your help and answers will be very appreciate and I hope help me in my very close choice.

Warmly,

Hannah

Every surgeon is going to show you their best results. Every surgeon is going to have their most satisfied and dissatisfied customers advocating for your decision. So really, meet them. Who do you trust? Who has confidence? Who makes definitive claims? Who do you think will go the extra mile? Who "gets you" the most as a person rather than a transsexual client?

Deciding on any surgeon is huge.

In the past I have made choices based on much research such as seeing other patients results etc but my outcomes have still been far from satisfactory.

In some ways it's like playing the lottery.

Over the last 5 years, I have had five numbers come up on the UK's National Lottery twice, the most recent being in late August when I won £800.00 One more number and I would have been a millionairess twice over. Even with all that money, I could go to the supposedly best surgeon in the world for a particular kind of procedure and things could still go wrong.

Butl I remain positive, because I am still alive and kicking.

Also when all six numbers come up ( 3rd time lucky! ) I hope that I am not too old to enjoy it ...  ;)
