Hey, I have an Afab(assigned female at birth) partner, and they are having their period. and I seem to be showing PMS symptoms(odviously not the blood and cramps, but for sure the mental stuff) at the same time

my question is, is it possible my body would sync with theirs, and is that even physically possible my body would have increased testosterone at this time because of them?

My wife has synced with me. I get a shot every two weeks. By the time I need a second shot we are both on edge. Every 28 days, like clockwork.

Happens with me with my roommate who is AFAB. I have really been able to pinpoint it recently, since my emotions seems to be all over the place. The most recent time was about a week ago. I came home from work and was talking about how up and down my emotions had been that day. Then my roommate responded by telling me about her and basically she was experiencing very similar feelings. I started thinking at that point and remembered last month (I moved in almost 4 months ago) when I had a similar mood swing experience and she had happened to be starting her period. I then asked her if she was and she said it just started.

After that was confirmed I started thinking back on my last roommate (also AFAB) who I lived with and remembering that our mood swings had synced up. Even when we weren't physically around each other.

Either way, if you experience this too, at least you won't have to go through mood swings alone :)

Happen with me an my wife (FAAB) as well. Ever since switching to injections in July, every two weeks like clockwork. However once it caused her to have her period 2 weeks early, but since then, every 28 days.

I wonder if it's a case of bio women synching with us (or at least those on a regular injection cycle) rather than the other way around.

My HRT is pill form so not in my case. Makes sense though...

Eh I should point out that I take pills.... And as mentioned previously I sync too....

Then again, my entire circle of friends seems to be synced....

I have read about that woman do sync with each other... and i also read somewhere the us trans-woman do have hormone cycles like cis-woman do.. minus the bleeding and cramps...

I notice, that I also am moody and sensitive once every 28 days.. and yes its round the same time my cis-woman roommate has her period. Shame she suffers some months with cramps...

I cant tell you if i have synced up with my close circle of friends.
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was

When I was in college living in the dorm suite with 3 other other girls, we were all sync'd after about 4 months.  We got pms/period together for the rest of the time we lived together.  We knew how it would be for a few days ever month.  Also that we had enough tampon as all four of us were using them as the same time.

Makes complete sense.

I replied to this thread in the past but I heard this was an urban myth? Anyways it doesn't seem to be happening anymore since srs with my hormones being more stable over all.

Mentally and physically this happens. Maybe not all the moodiness but it does
