Quote from: AeroZeppelin92 on December 24, 2014, 05:19:52 PMYes. When I first started T, it was very noticeable the first few weeks. It wouldn't happen necessarily directly after my shot, kinda an off and on thing. But I definitely felt that weird tightness.
Quote from: CursedFireDean on December 24, 2014, 02:38:44 PMWhen I first started T, I would get nauseous 30 minutes to an hour after my shot. I also had the frog-in-throat feeling but that was mostly constant until my voice started to change. Both of these things are long gone now.
Quote from: Brett on December 26, 2014, 10:10:04 AMUgh, the nausea is the worst, I still get that.
Quote from: CursedFireDean on December 26, 2014, 02:48:23 PMI do still get some anxiety-related nausea and I deal with it by drinking Ginger Ale every shot morning XD Not the healthiest way to deal with it, but it keeps the nausea at bay.

Quote from: aleon515 on December 26, 2014, 03:48:17 PMI don't know CFD, I think a shot of ginger ale every morning sounds pretty okay. Ginger is a very good anti-emetic, perhaps the best there is. You might try fresh ginger tea. Take a slice of fresh (real) ginger, put in microwave for a minute or so. A little lemon and honey is very nice as well. Bottoms up. A small bite of crystalized ginger has quite a bite. I found some pear/ginger tea at Trader Joe's. Don't know if that would work. --Jay
