How long have you been on T? When I had to go a week without thanks to the pharmacy being a jerk, I reminded myself over and over again that one week won't make any changes reverse or anything like that. But I know that especially early on T that doesn't help, and if your mental state gets very anxious without T, reminding yourself like that doesn't help. But if this will help you in any way, then try to remind yourself.
Can't you argue with the pharmacy? Explain to them that the 10ml has already been paid for, so you expect to get it. They can't just take money, even if it's insurance's money instead of yours. If the goods are paid for then you need to receive them. This pharmacy sounds like a load of complete ->-bleeped-<-s, I hope you can avoid them for the rest of your life.
Since you're on injections, honestly, I would just pay for it out of pocket if you can. Find coupons, scrape together enough. Of course, since the holidays just passed, that's harder to do than normal. But even if it takes borrowing money from family, it will at least get your mental state much more at rest. If your family is worried about you, I'm sure they will help as best they can, so maybe you can scrape the money together as a group. An awesome site, goodrx, might be able to get you a discount too, but sadly at the present moment, they don't have nearly as many discounts as normal. But it is a great resource

I would also CALL your doctor. Messages are easier to ignore or forget to reply, or even get lost. But if you call them, they're going to talk to you. Even if you have to keep calling. Force your doctor to acknowledge that you are in a desperate situation.
Stay strong, man.
