I'm thinking I will eventually have to get a phalloplasty to be happy, but there's so little information about it out there.

Even after reading about it a lot, I still don't get how it works. If you bury the clitoris in the base, is the shaft rubbing against it supposed to be the way you're getting off? Or is it that touching the extended penis causes feeling in the nerves which then shoots back through the clitoris? Where are the guys who have had this done? How does sex work for you?
