I have removed the ability to award reputation from both Kalt and Rachael. Kalt's for multiple abusive smites. Rachael for retaliatory smiting. Rachael can in time earn her ability back, when she shows some maturity. If you feel a smite is unfair contact me and I will look into it. Don't retaliate yourself.  I will not tolerate misuse of negative reputation ever.
