I'm starting hormones soon and I'm dealing with the confusion that is sperm banking.

Which sperm banks should I look into?
Should I freeze washed or unwashed sperm? It seems that unwashed sperm can always been washed later, so it seems like it's the better option.
How many samples should I freeze?

I'm trying to keep upfront costs low at this point. Money's been tight.

I'm in the same boat as you except I am on the East Coast.

IIRC, I remember reading something about not all frozen sperm will work when needed so it is best to store/freeze multiple samples just in case that happens. However, I do not have any medical knowledge or experience with that so maybe someone who does can answer.
