Orgasmed vaginally with a dilator. How strange (warning very descriptive)

Hi everyone I just wanted to share a story that I experienced recently and was wondering if others have experienced the same as me. I'm at 50 days post op and was dilating with the large as normal when I started getting pleasurable sensations when stirred (dynamic). This sparked my curiosity and I started sliding it in and out. Well low and behold after being a bit uncomfortable the pleasure continued to build until I was inserting at high speed and was in sweet unbelievable bliss until I actually tipped over the edge and ended up having a vaginal orgasm.

What's strange to me is not only did I achieve one without any clitoral stimulation and at only 50 days post op but with a dilator of all things. Not that I'm complaining but has this happened to anyone else? I doubt this is a normal occurrence.

With love x

I just can't think of the dilators that way... but I've managed it with a vibrator in a similar fashion. You're just lucky, I guess. :)

(And vaginal penetration can cause indirect clitoral stimulation in cis women, so you may be lucky that way as well; I can definitely feel that penetration is also stimulating the whole vulva.)

Yup!  Fun, ain't it?

It takes me longer to find the right spot and to have an orgasm.  My doctor (McGuinn), said that my prostate would be my G-spot.  And there is quite a lot of evidence that cis-women have similar nerve bundles that envelope the same area of the vagina as it develops.

You may have noticed a discharge during your orgasm.  If so, that is seminal fluid that is secreted by the prostate from orgasm or massage (vaginal penetration).

The nerves from the prostate are not affected by GCS and are transmitted by a different set of nerves to the brain.

Enjoy!!!

omg! yesss! thank u soo much!

I was worried since my clit is soooo high above the vaginal hole that my sex life was screwed! since i dont actually know much about how orgasms work its soo good to hear this story! I'm nearly 30 days post.

im wondering maybe since its prostate simulation what the role of HRT is in all this? like if i was only on HRT for one year before having SRS (even tho im still on HRT) will that affect the orgasm occuring... cos I'm pretty sure hormones affect the sensitivity of the prostate right?

p.s. and also damn for me, im nowhere near large dilator at my stage!

There are two types of female orgasms.  The first, clitoral orgasm, is similar to the male orgasm which is transmitted via the nerves at the head of the penis and is used to create your clitoris.  Depending on your physical dimensions and sexual position, and partner, you may experience a clitoral orgasm during sexual activity.  This is similar to cis-women who may or may not experience a clitoral orgasm during sex.

The second, vaginal orgasm, occurs via vaginal stimulation and penetration.  It is speculated that surrounding the entrance of the vagina are sensory nerves that are transmitted via the pudendal nerve bundle.  This tissue in the foetus develops into the prostate in males and the G-spot in females.  Realize that we are all start as female in the womb and sexual dimorphism doesn't start to occur until the sixth week of pregnancy.

The prostate is not affected by GCS surgery and remains in it's original position.  As a result it ends up near the entrance of your vagina.  Though instead of surrounding the vagina like a ring, it becomes a knob or button near the top of the vagina just inside the entrance.  Stimulation of the prostate is similar to the stimulation a cis-woman experiences during vaginal penetration.

A vaginal orgasm takes longer to occur and the physical feelings are quite different than a clitoral/penile orgasm.  Clitoral orgasms appear to feel like a building sensation that results in a feeling of release.  A vaginal orgasm is more like an itch that results in fulfillment, satiation, and a bodily tingling sensation.

The effect of HRT reduces the size of the prostate, but not the number of nerves.  So stimulation is the same regardless of your estradial/testosterone ratio.

Also, the size and depth of your vagina actually is not an important goal.  All that is necessary is to be able to have comfortable, satisfying intercouse with your partner.  It is not necessary to have a vagina that is like a section of the Alaskan Pipeline unless your partner's name is Trigger.  The primary purpose of dilation is to prevent the tissue of the neo-vagina from healing closed during recovery of surgery.  Expanding the size and depth of the vagina prepares you for sexual activity, but again, it shouldn't be an end unto itself.

So far, I've only had vaginal orgasms. And for me, it's not the "right spot" that gets the job done, it's about speed. Weird, huh?

Wow, you have better luck than my wife (who's cis woman), hah!  I've so many fears right now that I'm only thinking that far down the line in a very periphery manner, not truly believing I'll ever achieve that dream but I still wonder about the orgasm post-op.  So many encouraging things on this site!

By the way... your profile pic is very appropriate for this thread.

Yep it is such a satisfying feeling :). Had a little awkward moment yesterday though, was practicing different positions and half way through mum must have come home because when I hit the big O I couldn't stop screaming in pleasure and she rushes in worried I was in pain! Oh the awkwardness that followed lol.

It  took  me  about  10 months  to  finaly  get  there,  but  E  Schrang  did  the  two  step  process,  so  healing  was  X  2.  there  was  sensation  but  orgasms  were  not  obtainable  in  that  time  frame.

I  had  that post  surgical  nerve  deafness  associated  with many  surgeries,  but  thank  god  that  was  short  term.

the  biggies  for  me  to  get  used  to  were  the  lightning  bolts,  and  then  the  spontanious,  out  of  the  clear  blue  sky  orgasms.    they  both  were  intersting  and  lasted  about  a  year  before  they  stopped.
after  that  it  was  and  is  clear  sailing.
