So... new years eve my little brother told me that his plane was leaving that night, like five hours before I had to drive him to the air port. I thought that it was fine, and that I didn't mind. That he wouldn't be in the way of my plans that way, and many things... but when I saw him walk into the airport, I just broke down. I cried for the whole hour and a half drive home.

It turned 2015 while I was driving. I bought some booze, and got super drunk, and puked all over the place... and ate everything I saw the next day...

So today I got two kittens to fill the void! I never realized until he was gone how happy, and motivated him being here was making me... hopefully I can pull things together, and not wreck my diet, and motivation...

Kittens won't fill the void 100% in my opinion, but I'm so very happy to hear you got some. I really love cats!
I simply cannot think of any other pet I would rather have at home. I hope your decision to get two kittens will make you very happy!

That one's Nina, but I can't find Stripes right now. I made a little girl cry taking them, but I kept the names she had for them. They're eight weeks old.

Actually he didn't like me very much, it seems. He spent most of his time in his room, and was constantly trying to correct me on stuff... sometimes people make it a personal mission to prove me wrong on something... and he just abruptly left to where he came from only a couple of months ago. I don't have any friends, and I'm alone most of the time. I guess just having him here had a huge impact on me, I never realized till he was gone that he was the reason I cleaned up so much, and was so happy and motivated lately.

I wanted to turn around and beg him not to leave, but that would be selfish. If he wasn't happy staying with me, there isn't anything I regret, like I could have treated him better or anything. He just didn't want to stay with me.

Ermergerd! They are SO ADORABLE. I love cats, especially kittens. (Aliromaniac actually) Really hope they keep you nice and comfortable with things. :3

Yeah, I don't feel too hot now... I spent most of the day afterward talking to my dad on the phone, and visiting a couple neighbors, really anything not to feel alone -- and ate tons of fries, and chips, and crackers when I was alone.

I didn't eat anything drunk, I downed a pint, and then half a quart, and was on the floor in under an hour. Luckily I've never been able to do that within short intervals, I'm all drank out for sometime now.

I've always loved Kittens, but I swore off pets when I became a vegan when I was twenty -- and gave my cat to my dad (he still has her)... so this was actually breaking some rules for me. I couldn't help it, I need adorable babies!

I've been talking about how I really miss kittens with my sister for some time now, and she is also obsessed with them, but can't have pets in the apartment she lives in.

I saw this video yesterday, and just whimsically went and got some (got them today).

Kitties are pretty much the answer to a lot of things....!
