Hi folks,

I'm starting to get into the whole cross-dressing part of my life and well, I'm pretty hairy... :embarrassed: :'(

Does anyone have any useful tips of how go about shaving my chest/back, arms or legs? I know that using wax is an option but, I'm low on funds at the moment and that appears to very painful. so yea...

love,
Marty (Sammi)

It is a bit painful to wax (more so if you are very hairy) but the results last longer. I would think the only way to shave your back is to have someone else do it for you...?

It's possible to do yourself, but you need to be very flexible and if your not shaving them in the correct direction your just out of luck. Secondly, at least the first time regardless you have to have help if the hair is very long at all especially if it is dense.

I don't think you can shave your own back and do a good job. I have trouble washing the center of my back. I was a personal trainer for years and I a friends with a few fitness model/bodybuilders and I have actually been asked to help one shave their back.

Me and a few of my friends were actually talking about this and most get their girlfriends/boyfriends to do it one guy said he hated asking anyone so he went and had his waxed ( I guess however often it took for the hair to grow ) he always stayed smooth.

The center of your back is usually covered up by clothes.  So if you don't mind knowing there's some there, then just do the parts you can reach.  No one else will know as long as you've taken care of everything you can reach.

My only other suggestion is to use clippers to get the hair short before using a razor.  It'll be much easier.  :)

Can't you tape a dowel rod to a razor handle and do it that way??

I'd recommend investing in an electric razor. Attempting to shave my immense amount of body hair with a normal razor was next to impossible, and irritated my skin. It's probably the cheapest option that isn't a complete nightmare.

As for your back, get someone else to do it for you if possible. Otherwise, yeah... It's not going to be fun.

Well this brought some weird answers lol. I do thank you all for the nice answers. I guess for now I'll use an elec razor and go from there. Guess I'm gonna have to eventually do a waxing. Does anyone roughly some prices on that.

Love,

Glad to see this topic broached.
Has anyone tried one like this? http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00FULYKG4/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1420502094&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX200_QL40

And has anyone done electrolysis on other parts of their body besides the face?  Seems it would effective but expensive and time consuming.

Good luck with shaving, but, of course, the long run answer is permanent hair removal. The usual process is to get laser removal first, then electrolysis to remove whatever is left. Start saving your pennies, because this stuff will cost you. Being a girly girl isn't cheap.
