Lets all calm down, Susan is very aware of the problem and is working to overcome it.

I don't think we are helping anyone in anyway with speculation. For practical reasons it is not something we want to go into public detail at the moment.

But if you can subscribe or donate it sure would help.

I just donated a penny for every post I've ever made. Anyone up to the challenge?

Hugs, Devlyn

I have the servers in my possession. The name is how people find the site and it's the traffic and search engine position. Thanks Devlyn tears in my eyes right now.

Absolutely.  Seeing as I'm still just "warming up" and haven't reached a particularly impressive five-figure post total, I threw in two pennies per post and then rounded up to the nearest sensible number.

Yays for rounding up, and you!

I threw in $5 because that's really all I can afford at the moment... But it's something!

Devlyn

Yays because every little bit helps!

I donated $25 Susan I wish I could give more, but I'm very tight for money right now.

Take care,

Thank you all. Contacted the bandwidth provider to establish my own service. It should go up the day he moves his out.

So what did they gain out of this other then giving you extra stress.

The site is only as good as the content.

I'm yet again confused. A few days ago it was all about "domain hijacking" and lawyering up because someone was holding the domain for ransom...and now it seems to be resolved by calling the bandwidth provider. You've asked for and received some generous donations but it sounds like you just switched the ISP account over. Can you please explain how this is different (financially) from how you were previously spending the money received from subscriptions and donations? Thanks!

Hi Cathy,

As I understand it the former partner who hijacked the susans.org domain was also the bandwidth provider to Susan's servers.   I don't think anything has been resolved about the domain hijacking but Susan wants to keep the servers running while this dispute is going on.  To do this she is switching to another bandwidth provider and has registered a temporary domain as a work around in case susans.org is no longer pointed at her servers.   The alternate domain is gendersupport.org.

This is how I read the posts anyway.
Paige :)
