Well girls,
I had full FFS Dec 18th.  At three weeks looking pretty good but still some bruises one under each cheek area.
I can not present male at all now my doc did a wonderful job and I was on the table for 10 hours.
I must say, I am still having a hard time working all day.  I get tired easy but each day gets better.
I saw my therapist this week and put makeup on to hide the bruises and she was just like OMG get in here.....
She could not believe the results and I am still pinching myself.
The ironic thing is now I have to present female all the time... and that in itself can be stressful even though its what I want.
End of February will be posting before and after of everything.. showing the change with weight loss and the final result.
What a journey transition is.. Its a hard thing to do and challenges us in ways most never get challenged.. good therapy is the key and just loving life too.

That's awesome news - glad the results were totally positive.

Interesting that you mention it's a little stressful to have to present as female 100% of the time.  Is it that you miss the ability to slum it as a guy once in a while, or is it more of a hangover from your male days where life was a constant struggle to pass convincingly as female?

Brenda such a good question.
Its only my voice.  I can't pass as a dude but my voice is hard and am working on it
I just hated being sir'd so much and now that will never happen ... Yea!
But change is stressful even if its what you want.
Also I have bruising now so its hard to hide without sunglasses.
It will get better....
Before surgery I looked both female and male...  now at least I just look female.. totally.
