You sound almost as vain as me.  When you're looking in the mirror, try saying, "You are gorgeous!"  Or "What a fabulous woman!"  Or "Right!  Get out there and knock 'em dead!"

That'll always give you a laugh.

I also do motivate myself every morning with phrases like "you're beautiful!" while  I comb my hair.
