So, at 14 months I noticed my nipples got even MORE sensitive. I thought that just happened at the start of transition.

Is this common, am I just figuring them out, are they gonna level up in feels for some time to come?

I am NOT complaining. Hehehe.

Mine are sensitive no matter what, wearing bras helps and sometimes they are more sensitive than usual. Mine are in a new growing phase so that might be it, idk.

I was bad at one month, then at eight when I got back on HRT after a month's absence, then at seventeen again, and now again at twenty four...they seem to grow in spurts.  It's always a very welcome feeling.
My gender problem isn't half as bad as society's.  Although mine is still pretty bad.

I remember mentioning boob sensitivity to my wife and she told me this story:

When she began puberty she told her Mum about how sensitive her boobs were and her Mum replied, 'you need a man to rub them'.

So she picked up her baby brother and rubbed him against her chest and told her Mum ' It doesn't seem to help!'

I'm just about 9 months in, but every time I think they can't get any more sensitive or tender, they have a way of surprising me. Nowadays I might wake up in the middle of the night because I turned and my boobs protested it. Happy problems I do have to admit since they're growing fast as heck, but sometimes it's a bit annoying.

Almost 15 months in and mine are no more sensitive than when I first started HRT.
Nobody's perfect ...   I'll never try,
But I promise I'm worth it, if you just open up your eyes,
I don't need a second chance, I need a friend,
Someone who's gonna stand by me right there till the end,
If you want the best of my heart, you've just gotta see the good in me.

Breast sensitivity seems to reduce a couple of days before I need another shot.

I am talking nipple sensitivity though. They have been going crazy lately. Weeee.

Have you tried moisturizing?  I've found that it keeps things from dragging along when you don't want them to, plus it makes the skin a lot healthier and the pain doesn't seem half as bad.

I am in my mid 50's. They were highly sensitive in my teens and still as sensitive today.  When I'm feeling 'romantic' they are a source of ultra over the top erogenous zone and cannot get enough. So the sensitivity kinda switches gears all on its own depending on the mood. I will wish the same occurs for you.
