Hey guys! I got my first testosterone shot today! I'm wondering how my voice is going to change. I haven't found many transguys on youtube who have a pre-t voice as deep as mine.

I can pass pretty well even if I'm talking.  I wonder how deep my voice can possibly get. Does anyone have like any examples?

You can search on youtube for ftm voice changes.  We aren't going to really be able to tell you how deep your voice will get, nor will anyone really, since it's all genetics based and genetics are a crapshoot anyways because you don't know what genes you got vs what genes you didn't get from each parent. 

I can think of one guy who had a pretty deep pre-T voice, he makes youtube videos. I can't find him right now. But his voice got REALLY deep.

My doc says people's voices typically drop by about an octave; my jazz singer friend says that's a helluva lot. 

I passed on the phone pre-T. I passed in person about 50% of the time pre-T. I'm on gel so not sure how the dosing works when compared to injections, but my voice started to drop within the first week. It's been super scratchy since I started and now I can't get up to a higher vocal range. My voice just cracks and nothing comes out. I pass in public 100% of the time now.

I have aspirations of a stealthy life one day, so no examples from me but I'm sure they're out there.

My voice was deep pre-T as well and a lot of my friends think my voice will be even deeper than my brothers lol One of the guys at my job said my voice sounded deeper to him already. I can't really tell right now, still sounds the same to me- minus when I wake up in the morning. That seems to be when its super deep to me. Anyway, I'm sure your voice will deepen rather nicely and congrats on the shot btw
