I'm not sure getting this would make it harder for me to get a job, as not many people that appear to be girls have this style. I already booked it but I'm inbetween thinking I want to feel good about myself and wanting to have a job. Thoughts ???

Btw, I'll be getting it around 3mm on the side and back  as that's what the guy in the pic had.

It's a good haircut! :) I vote yes. What gender do you present as (or want to)? I couldn't tell from your post sorry. This haircut will make you look masculine, but it's alternative enough that you could probably style it in a feminine way and I have seen women with this type of cut.
