Well about ten years a go I came out and started living my life as a woman , my wife Mary was all for it in the beginning and now after ten years she left me and took all are friends with her. My kids don't care ether way they just love there dad so that's a plus. My wife told me that if i didn't change i was going to hell and the only way she would take me back was if i stop living as a woman and started living as man again . She said i need to go to the cross and ask the Lord for forgiveness and he would remove what she now calls a sin away from , well i tried that for her and i still can't stop being me . feeling very lost right about now.

You have found the perfect place to find you direction now. The only sin is judgment of others against us. I am a true believer and have studied for over 20 years. The passages most people use to judge us are well, not written like they want to portray them. There is more to it than reading the bible and quoting. History and the times have a whole different meaning since there was more going on back then to have the passages make more sense. They are not applicable anyway since Christ in the New testament stated very clearly that all we have to do is express belief in him now and not the rules of the Old Testament who were directed at Jewish people and not gentiles anyway. Anyway.................

Hi, welcome to Susan's! I'd suggest it's your wife that needs to be doing the praying to find some love and compassion in herself.

It sounds like someone brainwashed your wife.  This is your real life you are dealing with.  Hopefully she sees the light!  If there was a god, he supposedly loves everyone,  not just the ones people don't have issues with.  Actually be nice to her and usually those bible thumper will expose themselves after they don't get their way and look bad.  This will show you wife she chose the wrong side..  good luck;)

Hi, Kathy! Nice to meet you. I definitely feel your pain...my whole family has nothing to do with me, and haven't since I was 18 (I'm 33), because they are staunch Pentecostals and I am everything they detest. It's hurtful, especially seeing how close a lot of families are. You are not alone.
