I feel a bit overwhelmed by how nice everyone is being! I'll try and answer some questions:

Misty2/Danielle:
When was your surgery? Last September, 11th to be precise (didn't think of the significance of the date until it was too late)
May I ask how old you are? 34.5
Will you post follow up photos after your hair appointment? Haha, I might, if they do a good job! I'm not very good at selfies, mind!

Sneha: Roughly £8k. The jaw work would've added another £2-3k.

Brenda: Couldn't tell you exactly! It wasn't a huge amount, perhaps a cm or two. I still have hints of widows peaks but they don't bother me much, they aren't severe.

Incredible transformation, I'm super jealous! You look a lot like a cis friend of mine, actually.

Really very pretty,  and the overall effect is natural rather than "worked on".

Thanks for sharing Amy!! A lovely face that matches a wonderful personality. I really don't think you even needed that jaw work he suggested. You just couldn't look better than you do now!. Congrats and thanks for sharing this experience along with me.

And everyone is right. The femininity emanating from your face looks totally natural.
