Hello everyone,

My name is Ami Lee and I'm a looooong time lurker, like years lurker. It usually takes me awhile to join forum communities because I'm never sure if my own thoughts/opinions jive with a communities culture. After following along with some ladies moments in life and speaking with a member off-site, I decided to finally step forward. I don't think I can tell everyone what makes me special but I can tell you what makes life as an MtF special. The joy of getting a second chance at life before it was too late. To make a long backstory short, had I not started my transition in 2010, who knows where I'd be, I prefer not to think about it. It's been a long battle but I've reached a comfortable spot where I can be open finally. I hope to share (with my words officially present) interesting moments with everyone here as we journey through life together <3

Hi Ami Lee, welcome to Susan's Place! I do love a good lurker-turned-member story! Glad you decided to come in out of the cold, not that it ever bothered you anyway.  :)  See you around the site!

Hugs, Devlyn

Hi Ami Lee! Welcome to the forum! The great thing about decloaking and no longer lurking is that you get to join in the conversation!

Thank you all for the welcomes ^^! I'm looking forward to jumping in on the discussion and continuing my learning (now with the ability to ask questions, instead of praying someone will ask them for me haha!)
