I "found" a letter my boss wrote about me "to my family" and as I reach the bottom of the letter he used the word "her" twice. In my job everyone is male and he knows me well enough by name and he is always really friendly to me. Although he use male pronouns throughout the letter it look subliminal he use the two female pronouns. The other females under his name would require all the female pronouns if he did write for them... so he could use a cookie cutter template.

I dont know if its on purpose or by accident. What do you guys think?
