Ask for results and look for whoever gets the better results for your body type.
Though all other things pretty much equal, I'd take Medalie. He is an outstanding surgeon.

thanks jay! that's what i'm trying to do. i'm almost positive i'm going to go with medalie, but i wanted to ask around more. silberblatt costs a little less and is 3 hrs 20 min away rather than 4 hrs.

I went to Dr. Medalie and very impressed.

I don't think the distance means very much. You will have to stay near the surgeon for the first week or so, imo. It's a long way to go back and forth. How much the cost difference means to you is another story.

I was small chested and it was great. No complications. He has a technique to prevent doggy ears. He's done on bigger guys no problem.

the distance for me is more of an issue, i suppose. i'd rather go home for a week and then travel back.
