Pica... Shockwaves hairspray, the ultra strong stuff. Spray it in your hair... give it an hour, comb it out and straighten it and then shape and spray until your hearts content

Yes awesome especially with the eyes, the eyes really set it off. Back in the sixties during the Hippie era just having long hair and wearing unisex clothes people called you being a gender bender and you were labeled as really weird. I don't know for certain but I think the classification of being weird had just starting then. Well what do I know I'm just an old hippie. LOL
