Last Sunday I noticed a red spot on my big toe. I've been bruising really easy since starting HRT, so I figured it must be a bruise. I did stub that toe the next day, so I didn't pay it much attention. But now it's a week later and the spot hasn't changed. I'm on a really low dose of E, but I'm physically disabled and sit all day. I've already contacted my doctor. Should I be worried or am I being paranoid? Here's a picture: http://we.tl/gXcfeVWgEZ. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I'm glad you contacted your doctor.  My phone doesn't want to open the picture. I think it's fine to worry,  it's better to make sure it isn't a problem than assume everything is fine and end up with a problem.

God, I really hope that they don't make me stop HRT. I have a consultation for an orchiectomy on the 10th, and that would cast a shadow on my plans.

In my opinion, but I'm no doctor, one week is quite long for a clot to still look that lightly red. It would have turned really red or black I suppose.

Anyway, getting it checked by a doctor is mandatory... Since it's strange for it to be still red after one week anyway.
