color, one comes in a blister pack and  the tuberculin  syringe and is available outside the US and Canada. Insulin syringe says home use, tb one doesn't.

Other than that, I don't really see a difference. Also tb needle isn't available at drug stores, insulin one is.

Tb syringe is narrower and the units marked on each is different.  On these, 100 units insulin is 1 ml or cc, I don't know tb ones.

If there's no difference, then cool. That's simple.
I am 100% sure that the tb needle is what I've gotten from the pharmacy, not the insulin one. I looked it up because it said tuberculin on it and I wanted to know what that meant.

There isn't really a difference other than the intended market (TB manutox testing versus insulin injections). Both might be too small gauge for HRT med use.

Thanks! That makes sense.
I know plenty of guys here use the 25 gauge if they're injecting subq, myself included. I know it's quite large for insulin (only a few companies even make insulin needles that big from my research) but it's the most common size I've seen for tuberculin needles. So they're definitely not too small all the time. Though in general insulin needles probably are too small for T, since I've seen 28-31 being the most common, and I wouldn't try smaller than my 25 personally.

Hi I have been taking T for about a yr. At my CVS location they had a problem w/ 1 of their needle distributors & occasionally kept trying to give me the shorter insulin needles instead. Don't use them u need at least a 3 ml length to get past your fat layer & into your muscle where it gets the best absorption rate. That is what my pharmacist told me when I asked if it was alright to use them instead of my usual 1s. The few times I did use the much shorter insulin needles I found I didn't seem to absorb most of the dose as it was being deposited mostly in my fat layer (which is directly above ur muscle layer by the way). I have been using BD Integra Syringes with retracting BD precisionglide Needles 3ml 25G x 1 (0.5mm x 25mm). I find they work the best. It does take a bit longer to fill the syringe due to its very small size. I like them cause they don't hurt & I often don't even bleed after extracting the needle. Plus being retractable I can safely throw them away. They recently raised my dose as well. I take mine in my upper thigh near my hip.  I hope this helps.

I have injected both insulin and testosterone. The insulin syringes are marked in units of insulin while others are marked in mL.  I don't believe that you can inject   T  with an insulin syringe as it is too thick to draw into syringe. I had difficulty drawing with a 21 G needle. Most insulin needles are 29 to 32 G needles and are very short.
