Some outfits aren't really practical to pull up for those I usually put my purse on the hook and then step out of the skirt and drape it over my purse so that I don't have to hold it and it isn't going to touch the floor.

that would be very unpleasant if you had to do it very long. I wouldn't want to wear a skirt or dress that I had to take off to use the toilet.

When I wear a skirt, I invariably wear tights underneath. I also usually wear a waist belt. So I take off the belt, pull up the skirt, pull down the tights, and then pull down the panties underneath that. It's a pain to put all back together. Peeing has become a major undertaking since I have embraced girlhood. 

I just hover over the the toilet and hike up the dress over my hips

mac1... I dont drink to much liquids and make sure I pee before getting dressed.

Pull up, always pull up, plus sometimes the zipper is a 2 girl job
