Hi, everyone. I haven't been on here for a while but I figured that I should keep everyone updated. I will be undergoing Jaw Tapering, Chin reduction and a Liplift with Drs. Deschamps-Braly and Ousterhout on December 17. I will be posting before and After Pics. I feel that sites like Susan's greatly assisted me in terms of my own transition and I would like to share my own experience as I reach this somewhat momentous hallmark.

Hi Everyone!!! Today was surgery day, I was admitted into the hospital this morning at 6:00 am. Surprisingly I feel great. Here are some pictures taken immediately after surgery.

Just a quick update. today marks 8 days post-op and yes the pain killers did eventually wear off lol but the pain wasn't anything extreme . I am happy with the results so far but I am still quite swollen. the lip lift incision is superb and actually at this point is almost invisible. My jaw is much more tapered which I am extremely happy about being that I am tall 5'10, that was a particular concern of mine. My chin is So-so, its very swollen so I will wait and see but so far everything looks good

Thank You Hannah!!! it is total convalescence but I have to say I'm healing more quickly than I thought I would.

Congrats on the surgery ^_^ I can't wait to see the final results.   Hopefully the swelling will go down sooner than later.


I am curious to know what all surgery and expensives totalled to? I'm just asking because I'm thinking of doing the exact same thing as you did.

Hi, what hotel did you stay in or the area? Also, after release from hospital did you take a cab back to your hotel, for the remainder of your stay?

i live in San Francisco. At the time of surgery I was living in SoMa, I literally just used the Uber app on my phone lol. I currently live in the Haight area but I will say that when I initially had my forehead and nose done I stayed at The Inn on Castro; It was somewhat pricey but definitely worth it!!! Its right down the street from the hospital very convienent location and the innkeeper Jan is delightful.

Glad to read your op went well!! You said something very true about being tall, it also made me want to get things right when it comes to FFS, things looking right and feminine are super important being tall.

Do you know how much each individual surgery cost? i want to get the jaw and chin done but not lip lift, and thinking if it'll be around $20k its outside of my price range
