Thanks so much girls.  Its been quite an experience I am sure glad I did not miss.. back when ending it was what I thought would be the best option.
But mostly its great to just be who I am and we are... real and in touch with life.
I will try to smile when  I figure out how these lips work. everyone keeps getting on to me about my selfies.. way to serious.. You girls got it figured out!!
I still can't whistle yet LOL.

Joanne yep that was me!! all 243 lbs along with 18 inch arms which are now 12 inches..
I work out every day but not bodybuilding just cardio...

Thanks Eva Dr Z is my hero!! I love him.  I was so confident in him I was not even nervous before surgery which was kinda strange.. I was just like.. ok lets do this.....

Wow, you look amazing! You are a great inspiration. Looking at those photos and just realizing what is possible should really give hope to people who think that they could never pass, because you have certainly proven that it is possible.

OMG girls thank you so much for the kind responses.. my heart is overwhelmed.  I am so glad it is inspiring to others..  I am a little shocked myself when I look in the mirror. I pinch myself and just so glad I took the journey instead of the dark path that I almost took...
Anyway, keep positive and love people around you and they will love you back.
