Congrats! It's a bit milestone that's for sure. I'll be reaching mine in about six weeks. Gosh!

What do you feel is the most significant thing that has changed for you?

social circle is by far the best change, I just love going out shopping with my gf's having lunch and for sure evenings out are so much improved, I was a bit of a recluse as it was so hard to fit into a male role, this so much more natural for me it is truly fun.
work of course is major, but I stayed with a my same job of 25 years so that is more of a pain, but giving up the male advantage in business is big, I am a technical planner which is a very male dominated field. my self confidence is so much better now that I have to be careful not to be to aggresive or pushy when people try to take advantage of the blonde (tehe).

Over time my self confidence is the most significant and welcome change in all aspects of my life, social, family, and work
