Reach down and grab the head and pull.  With the other hand, grab some loose skin right behind the head and aim.  Do this while sitting..

Stretching can be just pulling it.  One doesn't have to climax if one doesn't want to do so.

Remember to stretch the sack as well.

And for some, I believe that being larger right now may help with depth post SRS, depending on technique and skill of the surgeon.

Lol...Seriously ever since I read this thread I stop and check on whats going on down there every bathroom break.  Being a little overweight only makes it worse. One thing very different is no more morning wood. Always was a problem trying to aim that rigid thing. Ok so Im on hormones in a male to female transgender thread and with all the soft skin, blossoming bustlines, silky clothes, make up and such here I am talking about   Mr. Happy. 

I can't direct a stream at all anymore and it does spray off a bit but that's not been a issues for sitting to pee, ands yeah mine has probably halved in size.

I can't stand up and pee anymore. It's hard and I kinda have to pull it out and stretch it first. So I just sit. When I go to a public restroom I kinda have to sit but at home I took a shortcut especially at night when I'm groggy and have a spiro/HCTZ induced pee.

As some you've read I'm an asexual agender with a wish to become neutrois(if younger).

I'm luckly impotent and been it for almost a year.My thing hasen't become smaller the reason is that the way I made my useless was by banding it.When I band I try to make it hard.
Have anyone of you tried to use a penis pump to recreate a normal erection ? And for those who have, did/do you exprience any problems with sensation(pre-op / post-op) ? My banding have resulted in a lower sensation.

Spiro - Spironolactone
HCTZ - HydroCholoroThiaZide

Both are diuretics. Spiro is used for antiandrogenic effects, but HCTZ is used strictly for blood pressure. I am prescribed and take both.

Ok I was confused.  The way you used it I thought it was some device to help you pee.

I didn't even know this whole issue existed. I feel opposite of all of you. No shrinkage, no changes at all down there actually, just less spontaneous erections and such. Tucking is like, impossibly uncomfortable for me. I'm only at 7 months HRT, but from what I hear about depth after SRS I really don't want it to shrink! I'll deal with with it til then, I've already dealt with it for 23 years what's 1 or 2 more?
