Okay, so I know that with SRS they definitely vanish from the equation.. well mostly.. I guess depending on specific hormone circumstances...

but I was thinking isn't it possible to stop taking them after a period of time even before SRS? Because the testes atrophy don't they? And with a surplus of E in the blood wouldn't they be unable to even have a "fighting chance" at producing more T? I'm just curious because I don't want to take AA for a long time... I am freaked out by liver and kidney damage things. lol!

If I recall correctly, the atrophy is mostly reversible. There may be some permanent effects but most functions should return.

LOL - we either have to get orchi or srs to finally get rid of it.

I've wondered.. is there a way to have an orchi but somehow prevent the flesh from diminishing a great deal? Has anyone tried stretches or anything? I'm not sure how that part of the anatomy works but I feel like there should be a way to keep everything viable enough for use in SRS..

I was thinking if/when I ever get to that stage to see if there was an option for false implants similar to the type they give dogs. I am not sure if this is possible but it is something I intend to look into.
My thoughts on that is that they will keep the skin stretched further then the atrophied real ones and even though I would hate them it might make surgery easier.

I am looking forward to the day they grow a vag from stem cells and implant it in us.

I've had this same theory, and yeah it will make me uncomfortable for a bit I think (if they worked to keep skin stretched) it'd be worth it.
