Today I told a coworker that I was transgender and that I'm taking hormones. He seemed very cool with it. In my personal life, I tell very few people what's really going on with me. This individual is a good person whom I can trust to keep things under the "proverbial hat" and not say anything. It's a weight off my shoulders and I'll tell everyone else when the time is right.
