As some of you may know I have mild androgen insensitivity syndrome. Thusly I am intersex and have had gynecomestia since I can remember. But as I am heavier than I was at 18 its more prominent. But a strange thing has happened in 4 months since HRT. They are actually getting firm, changing shape and my nipples are hard and actually hurt at times. What have I gotten myself into? 


Oh and they are super soft now. I was surprised by that too, while taking a shower. I use to be embarresed by them and would cover it up (when it was just gynecomestia) Now I have decided to just embrace them and not be ashamed. With time I am looking forward to seeing the changes in the years to come.

If I was there I Hug you, never had gynomastea (bad spelling). I was born intersexed, male and female bits. My testes were left, raisin size, right, M&M size. So not much testosterone so my boobs did the same, ain't soft hairless skin a mind blower!!

I totally understand.  I had smaller breasts since I was ten, but ERT really helped.  Right now, I'm about a B cup on almost nineteen months.

I just wish I knew what to expect down the road.  I have Albinism too, and the ERT has caused my body to develop pigmentation, something which is not suppose to happen, EVER.
Also some of my bones have changed since starting ERT.  My skull flatten out.  My shins bones changed shape a bit.  My hips are wide already, but they seem to be changing a little too.?

I don't know/don't care if I'm IS but I may have had some DES or other prenatal artificial hormone exposure.

That said, I am now at 34B and growing. I had moobs as a child and never really lost them even when I got really skinny in my teens.

I've been on full, doctor supervised HRT for about 2.5 months?  I had a little self med before but nothing really that significant, basically a small dose of E only. Hopefully I can settle at a C and fill out there. I hope. Mom's a D. My aunts and cousins are big too.
