Only one I have is 2 weeks into HRT back in December, next visit in march I'm sure they will do a blood draw.

This is mine, they have the male ranges, but I'll switch that to the female ranges next time.

SEX HORM.BIND.GLOB.      67.50      13.00-71.00 nmol/L
TST TOTAL                181              262-1593 ng/dL
TESTOSTERONE,FREE %      1.2               1.7-4.1 %
TESTOSTERONE,FREE              21      50-350 pg/mL
Esterone      1954      < OR = 68 pg/mL
Estradiol      396      < OR = 29 pg/mL
Estriol      <0.10      ADULTS: < OR = 0.18 ng/mL

E1 seems rather high. She didn't really mention it though.

Nice readings, ImagineKate.

We are all 3 fairly similar in our levels.  She made no mention of my high E or high prolactin.  I think the E level is needed to achieve feminization, not sure about high prolactin levels.

E2 (estradiol) is better than E1 (esterone).

Really high prolactin could be a sign of a prolactinoma which is a tumor in your pituritary gland.

Also T was only measured 2 weeks in, so it is probably near nil now at nearly 3 months. At least I hope so.

(Kate, your new avatar is really cute!)

Now I have "level envy" . . . my estradiol is only in the very low 100s, and my T is in the teens. >:(  That said, it's working where it is right now - boobs are coming in far too quickly for my liking and are almost at the size where I wish they'd stop growing, and other bits and pieces of my body are expanding, shrinking or changing shape as appropriate.  My levels are right where my endo says they should be, so I can't complain, especially given that changes are obviously happening.

Thank you :)

My first real foray into makeup. I initially didn't like the look a lot but it kind of grew on me. The artist who did it was super sweet and really accommodating. He's trans but androgyne. I must admit though, he looks a lot better than I do! I might take some classes from him, they're supposedly free.

I am going to experiment some more though with different looks, as long as I have the time (and money).

Well, I don't care so much about numbers. I just want my T to vanish into thin air, maybe a little bit left over so I can have some semblance of sex drive.

But yea, changes are happening for me as well. Breasts are growing fast and furiously but also my waist is rapidly reducing. I am like 29" now. I started as a TIGHT 34". My old guy belts just hang off, even on the last hole I made. I am also down to a size 6 in jeans. I need to buy a few pairs because the ones I'm wearing aren't working for me.

Looking at all your results posted girls, I think I may need to recheck the T levels... .06 seems to be very, very low... Maybe it was just a 0.6 I may have mis-heard on the phone....

Still either way happy as... Also my Pituitary gland is working fine too, no sign of issues there or in my blood counts :)

Will move to implants later this year, or sooner if I can, that may help push the E levels up a little more... Wish I had the actual report though  :-\

Also recall asking for prolactin test, but didn't get the counts, thanks for reminding me Ainsley  :-*

Hey Brenda... It has taken me over 10 years to get there, although that's my first hormone count check in 3 or 4... Was always more concerned with the other body functions with so much pill popping  :-\ You'll get there  :-*

Also love your new avatar to Kate  :-*

Thanks Katy :)

Don't worry about my levels as the T is high since I was only on spiro for 2 weeks and like  half the normal MTF dose. I have naturally lowish T anyway. It's prolly near zero now.
