I was in error because I don't fully understand your personal situation.  I have read other posts from you that lead me to believe that you were always female and that your major physical and emotional difficulties are in the past, especially a post in which you mentioned your lack of marriage or playing other gender roles enforced by societal perceptions and expectations. Therefore, you have always been the "only one" in these forums to have always been true to yourself.
