So i'm likely going to be transitioning in the near future.
I have only been up here in LA for about a year and never got a general doctor.
I know that some of you are here in LA.
Who are some trans friendly doctors up here?

I use Dr. Richard Horowitz in Beverly Hills.  Nice guy that will spend the time you need with him to answer questions. They tend to be a little disorganized in his office so you'll have to deal with that if you start seeing him. He does both general doctor stuff as well as hormones but I don't think he takes insurance.

You'll need a letter from a therapist to start hormones if you aren't already on them.

Ah I'm currently in school still and can't really afford to pay much out of pocket. But have good insurance so want to utilize that.
I am currently seeing a gender therapist. I don't have a letter yet but I'm sure will have one when the time is right.
Currently I just want to get a general doctor that can do the hrt down the road and also just do general doctor stuff. Lol
I'm into some pretty extreme sports/activities and always get hurt.
