Hey everyone,

This is abit awkward, atleast it is to me. The only place I have body hair is really, downtown and my bum. What is the recommended way for dealing with that? Wax, Laser?

I am doing laser on my face and legs, but simply can't bring my self to ask about lower region.

Thanks,

I've had good results with the Seiko Cleancut ES412 Personal Shaver and the The PS335 Cleancut Personal Body Trimmer.

You use the trimmer to reduce the hair to stubble and the ES412 to take care of the rest.

Do you need it permanently removed?  If not, just go Brazilian; after 3+ years, the discomfort is kinda "meh, whatever".  It really does get quicker and easier with time, plus your waxer can act like your personal therapist for the next 45 minutes.
You have suffered enough and warred with yourself - It's time that you won.

I used hair removal cream  and then a used a ointment to keep from getting a rash  hope that helps you

I am going to be lucky when I start getting laser down there, because even though I have a bit of hair down there (I do shave from time to time though), and I do have a larger than normal piece of unwanted skin as well (according to those who have seen it), I have had two hernia operations, one on each side, so I have next to no sensitivity in the actual groin region.
When we look into a mirror, we see who we really are. But when we look into our minds, we see whoever we think we are.

Hi Akegia

How funny - I was talking about this just yesterday to the director of the clinic where I get my hair removal done.  And yes, it took me a while to get around to asking.

I specifically asked about perineum hair removal, as this is needed for SRS with my surgeon.  I was astonished to find out that plenty cis women ask for exactly this treatment (why, I cannot tell you!) but it turns out that hair removel "down there" is quite common and quite extensive.

So my recommendation is not to worry, and just be direct about what you require.   My clinic suggested a blend of laser and electro.

Good luck
Julia

I did a brazilian for the first time ever several weeks ago, OUCH is all I can say about the experience. But it's so... smoothhh, well worth it!

A brazilian wax is a little uncomfortable.. but well worth it.. nothing beats the smoothness.. besides hair removal.

I dont wax that often...so in between waxes i shave with a razor.. i love having a clean shaven vagina.. and my boyfriend likes it shaven too
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was
