A few days ago I read something that kinda surprised me, and I don't know how true the statement even was, but it was that females usually get carb/sugar cravings while men typically crave meats and proteins.

So that got me thinking, and I guess this is mostly a question for people on T but have you guys noticed a change in the kinds of foods you crave?

If this is actually true I think it's pretty interesting..

I don't have cravings anymore but when I first started T I ate everything, it was crazy it was literally impossible for me to feel full. I ate all the time , after about 8-12 months on T that settled down thou.

I didn't crave anything in particular though but I remember I ate alot of pizza and bread with salami och cheese on them. But that's prob because its easy to make and I absolutely hate to cook food.

I'm only 10 months and a week on T but man, the hunger isn't as bad as it was when I first started but yeah, no craving just hunger. I need to workout or I will be round as a Blobfish.

All I want is latkes and biscuits. All day, every day.

I never used to really crave anything specific before. Now for some reason I am really into craving pop every once in a while. I am 1.5 years on T for reference.  Just last night after work I "had to" stop and get a big gulp from 7-11. As for the hunger thing. I am no longer hungry all the time but I could easily eat a whole meal and then eat again in 30 minutes.

I've always been on the male end of that spectrum. I just wish I'd owned up sooner that it was part of a whole package.
