So I have been on HRT for 30 Days and I have a noticeable side effect from the spiro and its embarrassing.  I want to know if anyone has anything to help.  Gas.. lol I am passing gas quite a bit and its getting annoying now that im trying to be more fem.  I know holding it in is bad for you so i don't but its just plain annoying now.  Anyone else have this problem?

Drink lots of water! Spiro is also a diuretic so dries you out. Then you fart more.

You're so right Cindy, way more trips to the washroom. My partner says I have the bladder of a chipmunk even though I'm off spiro for good now.
