I was wondering if anyone here has tried the Levi's 541 Athletic cut jeans? I think they are relatively new because they weren't there last time I looked at Levi's fits, they're made for meatier thighs and butts. It looks like a lot of guys who work out their legs really enjoy these jeans because they taper and look stylish rather than baggy, but still have thigh room. I'm definitely going to go and try some on next chance I get to go out, but I figured in the meantime, some of the guys here with larger butts and thighs would appreciate knowing about them.

There was someone here who posted in a clothing thread that they like this style.  I couldn't find the pants myself when I was in the store.

There was a review on amazon that said very few levi's stores have them, but places like Macy's and Belks usually do. Where was it you looked?

I looked at Kohl's.  They had at least 4 other styles of Levi jeans.

There is actually a Levi's outlet about 2 hours away that I can stop by at when I am down at those outlets, maybe they will have it.  Since I am gaining weight from the T I need new clothes for work!  Grrr...  I had planned to go today, but we got an ice storm.

Thanks for the information.  Maybe I will hit the Macy's up the street if it is a while before I can get to the outlet store.

Hopefully you can find some! Sounds like the sizes for them are very different than other fits so I definitely want to try some on. We've got outlets somewhat close, and if I can convince my roommate to come, I want to check them out today, but she may have too much work. I could also try the mall, but its hardly closer than the outlets and in the opposite direction.
Belks and Macys both have them on their site so hopefully they'll be in stores as well.

Sounds great, never tried this fit before. I really liked the levis 514 straight jeans--hide all my curves. I was afraid that the 513 would be too tight on me, but when I bought a pair of 513 khakis, they actually look great, also Gap's khakis are slimming too.

I've got a pair of 514s. I got them from Macy's online.  I like the cut. But the denim was thin, like summer weight.  It may be the particular wash I got.  (dirt wash? something like that)  Anyway, yes, they fit me well and I've got heavy thighs.

I bought some good 501s the other day, but really want to try out the 541s

Ok I found some 541s at Macy's. I like em- the thighs honestly aren't that different from regular cut or relaxed straight jeans (maybe a tad larger- not a hugely noticeable amount) but what's nice is they are more flattering to my butt and they taper. The taper looks a bit more trendy to me, which I like. Theyre small enough at the ankle that they fold nicely at my shoes instead of being so big they drag the ground.

Great, man.  Thanks for the mini review.

i think it was me.

i bought a pair but haven't been able to wear them yet because i ordered my pre-t size and i'm in the process of losing weight (sort of)... i will say that the butt and thigh area has a lot more room (imo) and is definitely trans friendly. i'd recommend going up one size from what you normally wear to be safe. they're really nice :)
