I have been on spiro since August and estradiol since September. Recently I have been feeling nauseous and have even thrown up a fee time. Could it be the estradiol causing this. I normally take them in the morning after breakfast. Should I be concerned?

If you've been on it for that long with no problems, I can't see how it could possibly be related.

It may be. Spiro can lower your blood pressure and increase potassium to dangerous levels. Have you seen your doctor? If not you need to get to one asap

Make sure you are drinking 10 or more glasses of water, eat some extra salt daily and decrease caffeine. Also, call your doctor and explain the symptoms.

Yes i drink lots of water and scheduled to see my doctor in a few weeks. I will try taking them in the evening so it does not affect my work.

I also noticed that when I first switched from CPA to Spiro. I had to completely change my diet (no pop and less caffeine)
Just drink lots of water and succumb to your salt cravings LOL it always help.

Nothing ventured nothing gained
