I've been very frustrated that after a year of treatment nothing happened as far as I could tell, but today I received lots of comments that something has changed and I have feminized so I did new before and after pictures and apparantly I really did change! I thought this wouldn't happen and be dependant on skeletal changes, but apparantly among other things my nose has become smaller!

Yep, I can definitely see the changes. Your face looks a lot "softer." It's a hard thing to describe, but noticeably more feminine. :)

Congratulations. Your nose has indeed feminized ;)

I heard about this before and I can attest that my nose has gone significantly smaller as well.
YAY!! Big hugs!

I'm wondering if I'm imagining it and it's a trick of lighting and camera angle.

Hey, I'm really happy for you - and I'm really glad that you can see it too! :)

yes compared to your first photo, it looks like your nose has lost some bulk, and your faced has filled in around the cheeks and below the eyes.

congrats!! this gives me hope too!

Ruth, you are looking  great and I'm happy to see the progress!

What it does seem like is that your face is filling out. Maybe your nose is a bit smaller too but the rest of the face filling out amplifies that effect.

Only a month ago I felt there was no significant change. Here is a comparison between now and a month ago. What do you guys think? Did something happen in this month?

The problem is picture was not taken under the same lighting ...so you can't really compare. Regardless though, I don't see any change between Feb and Mar.

Your face is less "chiseled" now than it was back then = soft erasing of masculine features = hard for you to see, others don't see what isn't there anymore.
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...
