I'm a pre-T FTM who has some questions about working out for trans guys.

I did some research and even though I'd really like better arms, a nicer chest, etc., I read several places that said that lifting could potentially make breasts more prominent.

I'm a VERY flat-chested guy, and I would hate to lose this!

So does working out increase breast size? By how much? Is it worth it?

Working out won't increase breast size but if you're doing upper body workouts it could build up your pecs which would make breasts appear larger or more... perky, I guess is the best word to describe it.

You could just cut out any exercises that work your pectoral muscles but if you're working out to lose weight I wouldn't worry too much because once your body fat percentage drops a lot of that will come off of your chest since that area is mostly fat.
