I usually use a gaff or gstring, pop the boys up into the cavities, then back with the banana and wrap the excess skin around it. Then a pair of control panties on top (the kind without a seam), this way I can wear what ever I want, including yoga pants, skirts etc :)

Be careful when taping, it used to tear at my skin until I got sores, I never use it anymore :(

I haven't tried the hose idea yet, Kacey, I'll give it a shot.

Obfuskatie, what boyshorts do you wear?  I like the style, but they are among the worst for actually holding me in, even though I see many women having success with them.

I've tried several styles, I like the maidenform ones a lot.  My Tommy Hilfiger ones tend to ride up, which can be obnoxious.  Essentially you want to look for seamless panties with some stretch and buy a size smaller to have a tighter fit.  Moisture-wicking is also super awesome at keeping it from getting too moist in your nethers.  Don't go for too tight too long, it hurts and it's bad for your skin.
I comfortably fit a size 5 in most styles, and sometimes small or 4 that stretches, depending on the brand.  I have very little in the butt department however, #WhiteGirlProblems. [emoji23]

If people are what they eat, I really need to stop eating such neurotic food  :icon_shakefist:

Tucking is one of those things that we just have to do. Love it or hate it.  It will get to a point where tucking will be as routine as putting on your shoes. I usually tape, but if I'm wearing jeans or something loose fitting I just tuck it back with no tape and let my panties hold everything in place. I've been on hormones for quite a while and tucking in the testes gets easier as they shrink a bit on hrt.  I have Trans girlfriends who are very small and they don't have much to tuck and that can cause problems too. I am quite cursed? Gifted? Depending on your perspective and my testes are very atrophied from t blockers so tucking for me has its challenges but over the years I can tuck in almost anything. Hang in there, it does get easier. Also don't stay tucked all the time,  at home I keep everything up front but for some who are dysphoric this may be difficult.

Thanks,
Nat

I think this is actually one of the most used methods and it's totally safe, we actually have cavities in our abdomen for our testies, that's where they start life and if you have ever gotten really cold that's where they go (everything down there shrinks until they almost get pulled into those spaces).

Overall I found the risk of getting hurt from taping a much bigger issue.

Cut a sock in half, the strap off a boxer, and put together. Learned from YouTube, the only thing that works for me.

You and I both chica! I dont see my hardware going anywhere from pills, how could a tiny pill get rid of such a huge burden? BTW LOVE THE AVATAR PIC!! FABULOUS :) Back on topic: gaffs tend to cut to much into my buttcheeks but don't really smooth the frontal region for me.. I stick to just panties too. No need to waste money on something that doesn't really work and sits so high on your waist you feel like you've been zapped into the 60's.

Thanks, gorgeous!  :-*  I will also add the more you do it, the more it becomes a routine. I'm wearing my skinny jeans more and more in public since I am going full time within the next few months.

When he was ready he showed it to his friends and they said he had created a great statue. And the sculptor said he hadn't created anything, the statue was always there, he just cleared away the small peices." Rambo III

Erm, yes it can! :embarrassed:

Many years back when I was pre-GRS {on long-term Androcur and after years of 'taping' and wearing tight girdles} I suffered a testicular torsion, a really nasty experience: with them becoming hugely swollen, agonisingly painful and ultimately requiring emergency bilateral orchidectomy........Oddly, that experience {effectively} did me an endocrine kindness, but the pain experienced as the testicles 'died' by strangulation of the blood supply (Ischemia), was truly horrid.
