So recently I have started to transition, I started spiro a month ago and am starting estrogen in the coming weeks. I am concerned with my weight and body shape. Initially I tried dieting to loose weight, current stats are 5'11 and 143 pounds. luckily for a guy I had a weird body shape big hips and a small waist; 26 inch waist and 34 inch hips. However I am concerned that my chest is too big at this weight it is 36 inches and look quite big in comparison. I wanted to lose a few more pounds, but now I am having second thoughts. I don't know if it would be better to gain some weight so that my chest look more in portion, hopefully if my body keeps the distribution at those ratios. I am also afraid of looking to big since I am already 5'11 I wouldn't want to gain too much weight. I dont know what I should do ?

I am pretty much exactly the same shape as you. I'm 5'11" (or close to it), 141 lbs., with a size 36 chest.

We are the perfect size, sister. Enjoy it. Don't fall into the trap that so many women do thinking that being you isn't good enough, you need to be new improved you.

We're perfect as we are.

Don't eat to lose weight. Eat healthy. let your weight take care of itself.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

Its surprising how much things change after starting HRT. I'd not read to much into your current shape, its going to change.
