Ok, I know I could benefit from getting some work done, but I'd like to know what people think are the most important problem areas I should concentrate on. I'd rather not do a complete overhaul but if I can get some well-placed tweaks I think that would be enough. But please be honest with what you think.

Forehead would be my priority if i were you and maybe some fat transfer to cheeks. Your nose looks fine. And chin and jaw maybe if you worries about it. But i think with forehead work there'd be no question about your face passing.

I think you would benefit the most with more than just one procedure or two. It is about facial balance, not just about feminizing the most prominent masculine feature. But it is mostly about what you want, how would you like to look, and that could be slightly different to what we might percieve as the most feminine result. If I think of things, I see could be beneficial to fix in terms of reaching more feminine apperance that would be:

- forehead: reconstruction with "type3" approach, remodeling of orbital rims, hairline advancement and slight eyebrow lift
- rhinoplasty: feminizing tip and bridge
- liplift (and maybe lipofilling of upper lip- I'm not shure if these two procedures go together at the same time)
- chin and jaw recontouring, with improved chin projection, either with sliding genioplasty or button chin implant
- adams apple (if you're bothered by it)
+ cheek malar implants... this is not so much about feminizing, but you would definitely benefit in terms of beauty

It shure seems like a lot, and maybe you didn't want to hear this, but this is what I honestly think would give you the best result (...in hands of the right surgeon). Some think it is somehow better if you just can have one minor procedure or two... I think every face is unique, and achieving a feminine facial balance and natural result is what only really matters. Sadly it is understandable more procedures means more money, which is not accessible to everyone.

I dont think you need a lip lift.. in makeup wow you look great.. in fact your overall face features look really good.. small tweaks.. forehead maybe some cheek enhancement... that type of thing.
I needed much more than you..
You also do not appear to need much bone work in the forehead but I am not a doc.
If your in the states I would recommend getting several opinions.. Dr. Z did me and I could not be happier with my result and my forehead similar to yours.
Here is my photo bucket so you can compare. I had everything done but I am also 55 much older than you.
You are a Doll ...

I totally agree with this assessment

Thanks for your assessments! I actually do think you're right, I just don't know how I'm ever going to pay for all that. I do want the best possible outcome.

And all cis women are different as well, some having more traditionally masculine features. Hopefully if I really think I need to I'll find a way to pay for it.

I agree with you don't need a lip lift nor injections in the lip, really not all women have huge lips.

Ohhh! You look very cute already. I think the biggest tell is the adam's apple. Right now, your face without makeup is kinda andro on the femmey side. But you look great in makeup. I think Forehead, Trachea shave and maybe a slight rhinoplasty would do you wonders. I would prioritize the adam's apple and nose. You look lovely already though!

Thanks so much, Auroramarianna  ;D

I will take those into consideration. I already have a trach shave scheduled along with SRS in June, but I have been wondering if I should add some FFS procedures to the list, and if I even could or if it is too late to be able to do that. I contacted the surgeon about having my forehead worked on, but have not heard back yet.

It doesn't help that I have total Resting B*tch Face, lol.

I think you already have a lot of feminine aspects to your face particularly in the head-on view. The oval face shape, eyes and a full lower lip stand out for me.

If you had to prioritise FFS procedures I would definitely consider forehead work and orbital rim re-shaping first to open out the eyes even more. Then maybe a tip-refinement to the nose, a small lip-lift and some chin re-shaping to get a more rounded profile head-on. Don't think the chin position really needs to be moved up/down or back/forward. Cheek augmentation is always nice if done subtly. I would definitely consider doing virtual FFS to see which of the various procedures you like best to go with the forehead work if money is a constraint.

Even without makeup you look very passable now head-on. It's only as you move round though to profile that some masculine markers show more clearly. You will look completely female after FFS with a good surgeon.
