just went and picked up my hormone perscription, and got the weirdest look i think ive ever gotten from anyone before.  the guy that got them for me went to try to read what it was and was obvious english wasnt quite his first language, and when he read what it was, then realized what it was and reread it, gave me the weirdest look ever. @.@

realized a question.  if you only have it taken once per day, is it better to take it before going to sleep? or when you wake up?

My Endo never told me a time of day... just that I take it with food.  So I take mine around Noon-1pm with lunch.

When I take mine it makes me a bit sick/queasy.  So I take mine at night, to sleep through that!  If you take Spiro I will warn you NOT to take it at night, because you will be up MANY times to go to the bathroom!

I use to take it with the rest of my morning medications, when I woke up. Best way not to forget
