Is there a facial masculization surgery like facial feminization surgery?

Yes, but I only know of one person that had that surgery.

Hey guys I am from the MTF side.
Lifting weights can help your face some too.  Being on T jaw muscles can be larger and the muscles near your temples.
I say that because being on E my facial muscles are smaller.. and I used to body build.

Agree. Jaw muscles, nose (?) and neck will get bigger and make face more masculine.
Compare pictures of pre-T and post-T guys, that difference is just obvious

Hey Dudes
I will share my photobucket..
I did have FFS but the pic you see with a red headband holding hair back is day before surgery and 12 months on E.  My face thinned out but I had also lost weight.
You guys are lucky too that your voice will deepen.. My biggest challenge now is voice..even though I have a higher pitched on for a guy.. it sucks.

Yes, but it's not necessary. The reason women get FFS is that hormones only work one way ("they giveth but don't taketh away" as I have heard). Hence they give you a low voice, change the facial shape, but they do not take away chesticles. This seems to work quite a lot better for us than the gals. There is some benefit for the gals since some of the changes are redistribution of fat, which helps everybody.

We're lucky this way FFS costs up to 100K.

T will change your fat patterns and help you lose some if the fat in your face. I believe it thickens bone but someone with more experience should probably confirm if that's true or not.

There are surgical options too like Brow Augmentation surgery. When I researched the surgery I found that a lot of cis men get it done and it seems to be a lot less expensive that you might think. I saw a few plastic surgeons list the surgery for as low as $5000 in the U.S.

Facial Masculinization Surgery isn't very common because once you're on T your entire face won't need to be masculinized but there are surgeries that can enhance the changes T gives you.

There is definitely surgery which can help this if it's required.

But for a vast majority of men on T, their facial structure appears to change enough to prevent the need for it. The muscles in your face will thicken, and the fat around your jaw, and some around your cheeks (typically) will thin, allowing your face to appear more 'chiseled'.

If you find after being on T for a few years, that you do need this surgery, there are some options available, just like you can find plastic surgeons who will attempt to do almost any procedure. Things like widening your jawline/chin are definitely doable, as are almost any number of nosejobs imaginable. But I would be VERY careful when researching these, as FFS is done often enough where there's quite a few options for it, facial masculization surgeries don't seem to be as prevalent, so you might have to dig a bit to find the best options.

And if you have men in your family who grow facial hair, you might not need anything to modify your chin/jawline after some time on T, depending. Some guys with very thin, or feminine faces can get away with trimming their beard specific ways to make their faces seem more squared off.

Noting of course, this is assuming you haven't been on T, or are only just starting it.

I have mostly heard of separate individual facial surgeries for men (both cis and trans). Jaw and chin implants, brow surgery, etc. Unfortunately, it's probably harder to get these (usually cosmetic or reconstructive) procedures covered by insurance as they are typically considered to be elective/not medically necessary.

However, what most of the guys said about T changing your face is largely true - granted, not all guys (cis or trans) are happy with the shape of their face as influenced by testosterone.
