i measured myself a month ago and i was a 33-34inch in my ribs and 36 or so across my nipples and i just measured myself again because i couldnt seem to get my binder on
my chest below my breast is 32inches while my breasts across the nipples are 37.5inches
underworks for 997 say that im a medium, but ive tried pulling it over and stepping into it to no avail, any suggestions?
im a 36 or 38 in pants, so i have pretty big hips, i cant even get the binder over midthigh

i went the size up because i was a large medium but a small large and because the binders are so hard to put on too, it influenced my decision to get the size up. you probably just got the wrong size and that's what is making it difficult to put on. if you DO get it on, i think it will be really tight, hard to breathe, and it MIGHT stretch out but idk.

I remember the first month of wearing binders I couldn't get them on in less than five minutes. I didn't know I could get into half of those positions.

The binder doesn't look too tight but if it's seriously restrictive it may be worth it to get a slightly larger one. I had a tight one and several loose ones for the days that I didn't want to try and become a contortionist.
